More like, “Disappointment Day”…I sat through 30 minutes of trailers better than the movie. And why was some random English guy embedded with a top American organization? How come everyone shoots worse than a Stormtrooper? And why the hell didn’t she have a knife to spread her butter!

The whole train scene was terrible. First off, as he was pushing her car into the train, she could’ve turned her tires and released the breaks … there was a ton of room. Then the fake tension of the other train coming (also, I know it takes them a long time to stop, but the other train would’ve been on the radio being like, “you’re dragging a car”) like please, we know they are going to survive at that point. Then the guy shooting at them missing terribly…

And it was never clear why the number 2 was immune to her looking powers…

That train scene was ridiculous!

I just read the plot on the wikipedia page. (After this review, I wasn't going to watch it anyway.)

Between that and the review itself, C seems very generous.

Also, thanks for reading my review! It's kind of a good/weird feeling to know that someone actually read one of my reviews and it helped shape a decision. :-)

I've had a couple people mention to me, after reading my review, that the 'C' surprised them as well. I find it so hard to give "grades" directly to movies (which is why in our old podcast Rebooted, I used to rate movies on the PH scale). I find it hard to translate all the words I just said into a rating that means the same thing to everyone. To me a 'C' is average 'meh... wait for it on streaming,' but to others a 'C' is passing and worth the trip to the movie theater.

All that to say, I would not recommend seeing it in the theater based on my experience ... it wasn't worth the expense and seeing it projected on a big screen did nothing for it.
